Account Executive (French and/or German and English)


Join Optimy, a fast-growing SaaS company helping organisations like Airbus, AXA, and Air France manage their social impact initiatives. With over 1.5 million projects managed and a 94% customer retention rate, we’re expanding across Europe — and we're hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead growth in the French market.


MISSION

You’ll own the full revenue cycle for your region — from winning new clients to growing existing accounts.


Your focus will be:

  • 50% New Business – acquiring new logos
  • 50% Expansion – upselling and cross-selling into existing customers
  • Renewals – maintaining strong client retention (90%+ net revenue retention)


This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset and the autonomy to drive results in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of client organizations
  • Ensure a smooth transition to post-sale teams and maintain visibility on client health
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize go-to-market strategy and share market feedback


Profile & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals
  • A strong track record in both acquisition and account growth
  • Experience selling into the French market
  • Fluency in French & English (German is a plus)
  • Strategic thinking, autonomy, and excellent communication skills
